Overview
BRVT322 is a small molecule therapeutic candidate currently in preclinical development by Biorevert. The drug is being developed through a drug repositioning strategy aimed at inducing phenotypic reversion in cancer cells, a process that seeks to transition malignant cells back into a normal or benign state. BRVT322 is being investigated for the treatment of several aggressive solid tumors, including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), glioblastoma (GBM), and melanoma. As of mid-2024, the program is in the preclinical stage, with the developer targeting a Pre-IND (Investigational New Drug) milestone by June 2026.
