Overview

**BSB-1001** is an investigational, donor-derived T-cell receptor engineered T-cell therapy developed by BlueSphere Bio for high-risk acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, and myelodysplastic syndrome in patients undergoing HLA-matched allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The product contains T cells engineered with a T-cell receptor that recognizes the blood-restricted minor histocompatibility antigen HA-1 on target cells. Recognition of HA-1 peptide presented by HLA molecules is intended to direct cytotoxic T-cell killing of leukemia cells while limiting recognition of non-hematopoietic tissues. BSB-1001 is administered alongside allogeneic stem-cell transplantation in the TCX-101 Phase 1/2a program. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT06704152))
