Overview

BSC2100 is a preclinical-stage small molecule agonist of the Stimulator of Interferon Genes (STING) pathway, currently under development by BiSiChem. STING is a critical mediator of the innate immune system; its activation leads to the production of Type I interferons and other pro-inflammatory cytokines, which can stimulate a robust T-cell-mediated anti-tumor response. BiSiChem is developing BSC2100 both as a standalone small molecule therapeutic and as a potent payload for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), aiming to provide targeted delivery of STING activation directly to the tumor microenvironment to enhance efficacy and reduce systemic toxicity.
