Overview

BSC2101 is a preclinical-stage STING (Stimulator of Interferon Genes) agonist developed by BiSiChem. It is specifically designed to serve as a payload for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) targeting solid cancers. The mechanism involves the activation of the STING pathway, which triggers the production of Type I interferons and other pro-inflammatory cytokines. This innate immune activation is intended to turn 'cold' tumors 'hot' by recruiting and activating T cells within the tumor microenvironment, thereby enhancing the overall anti-tumor immune response.
