Overview

BSC3302 is a preclinical-stage small molecule inhibitor of Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 (RIPK1), being developed by BiSiChem. It is formulated as an eye drop for the treatment of various retinal diseases. RIPK1 is a key mediator of necroptosis and inflammation, processes implicated in the pathogenesis of retinal degeneration and other ocular disorders. By inhibiting RIPK1, BSC3302 aims to prevent cell death and reduce inflammatory responses in the retina.
