Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BSI-04702 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting **Trop-2** (tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2/TACSTD2), with distinct properties compared to other anti-Trop-2 antibodies. It was developed using Biosion's proprietary SynTracer HT-endocytosis platform, designed to identify antibodies ideally suited for antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) development due to their high internalization rates. BSI-04702 is further being developed as an **ADC** with a topoisomerase I payload, primarily for use against a range of solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), small cell lung cancer (SCLC), and gastric cancer. Biosion originally developed the antibody and subsequently out-licensed worldwide (excluding China) rights to OBI Pharma for clinical development and commercialization as an ADC and other derivative products[1][2][3][4][5][10][11].
