Overview

BSI-508 is a novel bispecific fusion antibody developed by Biosion. It targets both PD1 (Programmed cell death protein 1) and CD47, combining T-cell activation with macrophage-mediated phagocytosis to enhance tumor cell killing. The molecule was discovered using Biosion's H³ antibody discovery platform and demonstrates favorable biophysical and functional characteristics in preclinical studies, supporting its progression into manufacturing and IND-enabling studies for cancer immunotherapy[1][6].
