Overview

BSYS-BMSC-exos is an exosome-based therapeutic agent derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) that have been modified with the Bu Shen Yi Sui capsule (BSYS). The Bu Shen Yi Sui capsule is a modified traditional Chinese medicine formula. This drug is being investigated for its potential to promote remyelination, particularly in the context of multiple sclerosis (MS). Its mechanism of action involves regulating the miR-15b/Wnt signaling pathway, which in turn mediates the differentiation of oligodendrocytes.
