Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BT-007 CD7 CAR-T cells are a form of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy engineered to target the CD7 antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on T cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and their precursors. Upon administration, these genetically modified T-cells specifically recognize and bind to CD7-expressing tumor cells, leading to targeted tumor cell lysis through T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity. The primary indication for this therapy is relapsed or refractory T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (R/R T-LBL). The product is under development by Bioceltech Therapeutics Beijing Ltd., with clinical trials in Phase 1 for R/R T-LBL[1][3][8].
