Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BT-101 is a preclinical-stage small molecule modulator of an undisclosed G-protein coupled receptor (GPRx), currently under development by Benethera. The program is primarily focused on treating Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), but also shows potential for other inflammatory and autoimmune conditions, including asthma, multiple sclerosis, Celiac disease, and IgA nephropathy. By targeting a specific GPRx, BT-101 aims to modulate immune responses associated with these chronic diseases.
