Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BT1 is an Fc-null T-cell engager designed to target CD84, a protein highly expressed on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) blasts and enriched on leukemic stem cells (LSCs). By binding to CD84 on AML cells, BT1 recruits T-cells to induce potent and selective killing of AML cell lines and primary AML blasts. It has demonstrated the ability to abrogate the clonogenic capacity of primary AML blasts and significantly extend survival in xenograft models, supporting its potential as a novel immunotherapeutic for AML.
