Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BTRP003L is a preclinical, first-in-class conditional activation CAR-T cell therapy developed by BioSyngen. It is designed for the treatment of solid tumors, particularly in the therapeutic areas of neoplasms and digestive system cancers. The therapy utilizes the SUPER-T platform, which enables CAR-T cells to activate only under hypoxic conditions typical of tumor microenvironments (0.3%–2.0% O₂), while remaining inactive in normal tissues (3.4%–6.8% O₂). This selective activation aims to enhance antitumor efficacy while minimizing off-tumor toxicity and improving safety profiles in solid tumor immunotherapy[1][2]. Preclinical toxicology studies have shown no significant adverse effects or weight loss in animal models injected with BTRP003L[2].
