Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BTX-301 is a recombinant protein-based vaccine being developed for the treatment of cat allergy. Developed by Betuvax, a subsidiary of Artgen (formerly the Human Stem Cells Institute), the vaccine is built on the Betusfera platform, which utilizes a corpuscular adjuvant derived from betulin. BTX-301 is designed as an allergen immunotherapy intended to induce immune tolerance to cat allergens by delivering recombinant proteins that mimic the allergen's structure. It is currently in the discovery and preclinical stages of development.
