Overview

Bu Shen Zhu Yun Formula is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal preparation developed by the Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM for the treatment of female infertility and luteal phase deficiency (LPD). The formula is designed to regulate the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis by modulating the expression and activity of kisspeptins, which are key upstream regulators of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion. By enhancing kisspeptin signaling, the formula aims to improve follicular development, ovulation, and subsequent luteal function, thereby increasing pregnancy rates in women with LPD-related infertility.
