Bufei Huoxue Capsules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Changshu Leiyunshang Pharmaceutical. It is an NMPA-approved pharmaceutical product in China, primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic respiratory conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and chronic bronchitis, particularly in patients exhibiting Qi deficiency and blood stasis. The formulation is composed of three key botanical ingredients: *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Paeonia lactiflora* (Baishao), and *Psoralea corylifolia* (Buguzhi). Its therapeutic mechanism is characterized by tonifying the lung Qi, nourishing the blood, and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis, thereby improving pulmonary function and reducing clinical symptoms like cough and dyspnea. It has also been investigated for its potential role in managing pulmonary fibrosis and supporting recovery from respiratory infections.
