The formulation is composed of three key botanical ingredients: *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Paeonia lactiflora* (Baishao), and *Psoralea corylifolia* (Buguzhi). Its therapeutic mechanism is characterized by tonifying the lung Qi, nourishing the blood, and activating blood circulation to resolve stasis, thereby improving pulmonary function and reducing clinical symptoms like cough and dyspnea. It has also been investigated for its potential role in managing pulmonary fibrosis and supporting recovery from respiratory infections.
