Overview

A combination therapy consisting of buparlisib (a pan-class I PI3K inhibitor), goserelin (a GnRH agonist), and tamoxifen (a selective estrogen receptor modulator). This regimen targets multiple pathways in hormone receptor-positive breast cancer: buparlisib inhibits the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, tamoxifen blocks estrogen receptors, and goserelin suppresses ovarian function in premenopausal women.
