Bupi Xiaoji is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) oral liquid formulation developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University (Xijing Hospital). It is primarily indicated for the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, a condition characterized by inflammation of the lymph nodes within the mesentery. The formulation is designed based on TCM principles to tonify the spleen (Bupi) and eliminate accumulation (Xiaoji), addressing symptoms such as abdominal pain and digestive dysfunction. It is currently being evaluated in clinical trials to assess its efficacy and safety when combined with basic treatments for children.
