Overview
Bupi Xiaoji oral liquid is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed as a hospital-made preparation (医院制剂) by the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University (Xijing Hospital). It is primarily indicated for pediatric conditions characterized by spleen deficiency and food accumulation, such as anorexia and digestive stagnation. The formulation is currently being evaluated in clinical research as an adjunctive treatment for pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis, where it is intended to alleviate abdominal pain and reduce lymph node inflammation. As a TCM product, its therapeutic effects are attributed to a synergistic blend of herbal extracts that tonify the digestive system and resolve stagnation.
