Overview

A non-opioid surgical pain reliever combining three FDA-approved drugs: bupivacaine (local anesthetic), ketorolac (NSAID), and ketamine (NMDA receptor antagonist). This combination provides effective perioperative and postoperative analgesia with beneficial properties beyond those of the individual medications. BKK is typically administered as a local infiltration at the surgical site and can provide pain relief for up to 40 hours.
