Buqitongluo Granule

**Buqitongluo Granule** is an orally administered multi-herb traditional Chinese medicine formulation developed and manufactured by Shaanxi Buchang Pharmaceuticals for treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine pattern of qi deficiency and blood stasis. It was evaluated in the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled BOSS basket trial in patients with this syndrome associated with ischemic stroke, stable angina pectoris, or diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The product is intended in traditional Chinese medicine to tonify qi and promote blood circulation; its specific molecular targets and clinically established pharmacologic mechanism have not been defined.
