Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination conditioning regimen used prior to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It consists of busulfan (an alkylating agent), cyclophosphamide (an immunosuppressive agent), antithymocyte globulin (for T-cell depletion), and granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (for stem cell mobilization). This regimen is designed to suppress the recipient's immune system, eliminate diseased cells, and create space for donor cells to engraft.
