Overview

BVX002 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by BiVictriX Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, including ovarian cancer and non-small cell lung cancer. It utilizes BiVictriX’s proprietary Bi-Cygni technology to target a novel, cancer-specific antigen pair that is selectively expressed in a wide range of solid tumor indications but absent from healthy cells. Preclinical studies have demonstrated highly significant tumor growth inhibition and durable anti-cancer effects in murine xenograft models of ovarian cancer, with good tolerability across all tested doses. The drug aims to deliver superior potency while reducing treatment-related toxicities by ensuring selective targeting and internalization only in cells expressing both antigens[1][2][3][5][7].
