BVX003

BVX003 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by BiVictriX Therapeutics for the treatment of hematological malignancies. The drug is engineered using BiVictriX's proprietary Bi-Cis-Targeting platform, which identifies 'twin antigen fingerprints'—pairs of antigens that are uniquely co-expressed on the surface of cancer cells but absent or minimally expressed on healthy cells. By requiring the simultaneous binding of two different antigens, BVX003 is designed to selectively deliver a cytotoxic payload to malignant cells, thereby reducing off-target toxicities and expanding the therapeutic window. The specific antigens targeted by BVX003 have not yet been publicly disclosed.
