BX4

**BX4** is an experimental allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell-transplant conditioning regimen evaluated by Institut Paoli-Calmettes in the phase II AAA study. It consists of four once-daily intravenous doses of busulfan at 100 mg/m², administered with fludarabine and rabbit anti-thymocyte globulin branded as Thymoglobulin, before transplantation in patients with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome.
