Drug intelligence / Profile preview
BYN-003 (also known as TL-003) is a clinical-stage bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Bionyra Pharma for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases. It is designed as a half-life extended (HLE) biologic that simultaneously targets Tumor Necrosis Factor-like Ligand 1A (TL1A) and the p19 subunit of Interleukin-23 (IL-23p19). By inhibiting both the TL1A and IL-23 pathways, BYN-003 aims to provide enhanced efficacy in patients with chronic inflammatory conditions compared to monotherapies. The drug was licensed from TrueLab Biopharmaceutical, with Bionyra holding exclusive global rights outside of Greater China. It entered Phase 1 clinical development in April 2026.
