Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Byryzn + lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler developed by Hugel and manufactured by ACROSS. It is designed for the temporary improvement of facial wrinkles and skin quality enhancement through intradermal micropuncture injections. The formulation consists of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring polysaccharide that provides hydration and restores volume to aging skin by binding water molecules. It also includes lidocaine, which acts as a local anesthetic by blocking sodium channels to reduce pain during the injection process. The product was approved in South Korea in 2021 for aesthetic applications.
