BYS10

BYS10 is a novel, highly selective small molecule RET inhibitor developed by Guangzhou Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Holding Co., Ltd. Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly those with RET gene fusion or mutation, including non-small cell lung cancer and medullary thyroid cancer. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent antitumor activity against wild-type RET and various clinically relevant RET mutations/fusions, including those that confer resistance to other selective RET inhibitors. The drug has received Investigational New Drug (IND) approvals from both the FDA and NMPA.
