Overview

**BYS30** is an investigational oral traditional Chinese medicine compound granule formulation, also called **Gubi granules**, being developed by Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory for knee osteoarthritis in adults with the traditional Chinese medicine pattern of liver-kidney deficiency and wind-cold-damp impediment. The product was derived from the Gubi formula associated with Professor Zhou Zhongying of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and is intended to provide analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and cartilage-protective effects; however, a specific molecular target has not been publicly disclosed.
