The intention is to harness anti-tumor immune responses via checkpoint inhibition (PD1 and CTLA-4 blockade) in combination with targeted CAR T cytotoxicity toward mesothelin-expressing tumor cells. It is under development by Shanghai Cell Therapy Group as an investigational immunotherapy for solid tumors.
