Overview

BZE2204 is a next-generation non-viral, autologous chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting three antigens: BCMA, CD19, and CD22. It is designed to treat patients with relapsed or refractory B cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases by redirecting a patient’s own T cells to eliminate cells expressing any of these target antigens. BZE2204 has demonstrated high cytotoxicity against CD19-, CD22-, and BCMA-positive tumor cells in vitro, with high CAR-T cell expansion, superior stemness, and low exhaustion compared to conventional CAR-T products. The innovation includes a rapid, non-viral manufacturing process that avoids lengthy in vitro culturing, aiming for improved safety and efficacy at lower cell doses.
