BZT-2312 is an investigational, autologous chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy designed to target **mesothelin (MSLN)** on malignant solid tumors and to secrete **PD-1 nanobodies** for additional immune checkpoint inhibition. The cell product is engineered to express a CAR directed against mesothelin, a surface protein overexpressed in several solid tumors, and secretes PD-1 nanobodies to locally block the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway—potentially enhancing anti-tumor T cell responses. Developed by Shanghai Cell Therapy Group, it is in early phase 1 clinical development for advanced malignant solid neoplasms.[1][7]
