The "c-ATT" regimen is a sequential chemotherapy protocol designed for the treatment of high-risk T-cell lymphoma. It integrates three distinct chemotherapy combinations: CHOPB, IMVP-16, and DHAP. CHOPB typically includes cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone, and bleomycin. IMVP-16 is composed of ifosfamide, methotrexate, and etoposide. DHAP consists of dexamethasone, high-dose cytarabine, and cisplatin. This multi-agent approach aims to maximize therapeutic efficacy by targeting cancer cells through diverse mechanisms, including DNA damage, inhibition of DNA synthesis, and disruption of cell division, which is crucial for managing aggressive T-cell lymphomas.
