Overview

c-ATT is an intensive sequential chemotherapy regimen developed by Sun Yat-sen University for the treatment of untreated high-risk T-cell lymphoma. The regimen consists of three alternating protocols administered sequentially: CHOP-B (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone, and bleomycin), IMVP-16 (ifosfamide, methotrexate, and etoposide), and DHAP (dexamethasone, cytarabine, and cisplatin). This approach is designed to improve therapeutic efficacy over standard CHOP therapy by utilizing a broad range of non-cross-resistant cytotoxic agents to overcome drug resistance in aggressive T-cell lymphomas.
