C-Lium FIBRE

C-Lium FIBRE is an over-the-counter dietary fiber supplement composed of 100% natural psyllium fiber husk (*Plantago ovata*). Developed and marketed by Pascual Laboratories in the Philippines, it contains both soluble and insoluble fiber. As a bulk-forming fiber source, it absorbs water in the intestinal tract to create a soft, bulky stool, thereby promoting regular bowel movements and relieving constipation. Additionally, the soluble fiber component may assist in maintaining healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels by slowing glucose absorption and binding to bile acids. It is available in multiple formulations, including capsules and flavored husk powders (pineapple, mango, and dalandan/orange).
