Overview

c-Nd2 is an 111In-labeled murine/human chimeric monoclonal antibody developed for the preoperative clinical radioimmunodetection (RAID) of pancreatic cancer. It is administered intravenously and designed to specifically bind to antigens present on pancreatic cancer cells, allowing for their detection via scintigraphy using single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging. The drug has shown high sensitivity in detecting pancreatic cancer and liver metastasis, with no reported human anti-chimeric antibody (HACA) response or allergic reactions in tested patients.
