Drug intelligence / Profile preview
C6 ADC 1 and C6 ADC 2 are preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) developed by Helix BioPharma Corporation. These candidates are designed to target CEACAM6 (Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 6), a cell surface protein frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors and linked to cancer progression, metastasis, and treatment resistance. The ADCs utilize a multi-payload strategy, delivering multiple cytotoxic agents directly to tumor cells to enhance therapeutic efficacy. This program is currently being explored for the treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, gastrointestinal tumors, gynecological tumors, and other CEACAM6-expressing solid tumors, drawing on advancements in conjugation and payload technology.
