Overview

CA102 is a genetically engineered oncolytic adenovirus being developed by Curigin for the treatment of bladder cancer. The therapy integrates viral oncolysis with RNA interference (RNAi) technology to simultaneously inhibit two critical oncogenic pathways: Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 3 (STAT3) and Mechanistic Target of Rapamycin (mTOR). By blocking these pathways, CA102 aims to disrupt the genetic signaling required for tumor growth and survival. Currently in preclinical development, the program is supported by a manufacturing partnership with Charles River for adenoviral vector production, with plans to submit an Investigational New Drug (IND) application to the FDA.
