Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CADI-R103 is a discovery-stage therapeutic program developed by Bio-Modeling Systems (BMSystems) using their proprietary Computer Assisted Drug Identification (CADI™) platform. The program is focused on the fields of infection and immunology, specifically aimed at identifying novel therapeutic targets and mechanisms to combat infectious agents or modulate immune responses. The CADI™ platform utilizes a non-mathematical, heuristic systems biology approach to integrate heterogeneous biological data and uncover systemic pathways that are not apparent through traditional reductionist methods. Historically, BMSystems' infection-related programs, such as those under the R103 designation, have focused on complex pathologies like multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) by modeling host-pathogen interactions to identify vulnerabilities in the pathogen's metabolism or the host's immune response.
