Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CADI-R303 is a drug discovery program and biological reference model developed by Bio-Modeling Systems (BMSystems) using their proprietary Computer Assisted Deductive Integration (CADI™) platform. The program is focused on the Central Nervous System (CNS) and Peripheral Nervous System (PNS), with a specific emphasis on the pathophysiology of neuropathic pain. CADI-R303 integrates multi-omics data and clinical literature to model the complex interactions within neuro-immune-inflammatory systems. The goal of the program is to identify novel therapeutic targets and biomarkers for chronic pain and other neurological disorders. It serves as the foundational research model from which specific therapeutic protocols (CADI-T series) or diagnostic tools (CADI-D series) are derived. The program is currently in the discovery and preclinical research stage.
