CADI-R304 is a discovery-stage research and development program focused on Central Nervous System (CNS) and Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) disorders, with a primary emphasis on Alzheimer's Disease and related neurodegenerative conditions. Developed by Bio-Modeling Systems (BMSystems) using their proprietary CADI™ (Computer Assisted Drug Identification) platform, the program centers on a mechanistic, non-mathematical model of disease pathology. This systems biology approach integrates diverse biological data to identify novel regulatory hubs and biomarkers within neuronal networks, particularly those in the entorhinal cortex. CADI-R304 serves as the foundational discovery phase for subsequent specific candidates, such as the CADI-D3041 diagnostic program, and aims to identify novel therapeutic targets or protocols that address the complex interactome of neurological diseases.
