Overview

CADI-R305 is a therapeutic research and "rescue" program developed by Bio-Modeling Systems (BMSystems) that focuses on the Central Nervous System (CNS) and Peripheral Nervous System (PNS), specifically targeting chronic and neuropathic pain. The program utilizes the proprietary CADI™ (Computer Assisted Deductive Integration) platform to construct heuristic, non-mathematical models of the biological mechanisms driving pain. CADI-R305 aims to identify the complex neuro-immune interactions and epigenetic modifications that lead to the chronification of pain, providing a framework for the development of multi-target therapeutic protocols. As a "Rescue" program, it is designed to uncover why previous single-target analgesics failed in clinical development and to propose novel combinations or repurposed drug strategies to address these failures.
