Drug intelligence / Profile preview
caffeine + TeaCrine + Dynamine is an experimental dietary supplement combination comprising 150 mg of caffeine, 50 mg of theacrine (as TeaCrine®), and 100 mg of methylliberine (as Dynamine™). Developed in collaboration with the University of South Carolina and Compound Solutions, this combination of purine alkaloids is designed to optimize cognitive performance, vigilance, and reaction time while mitigating the typical side effects of high-dose caffeine, such as jitteriness and significant blood pressure elevation. Theacrine and methylliberine are structural analogs of caffeine (tetramethylurates) with distinct pharmacokinetic profiles, providing a more sustained and smoother ergogenic effect. The combination has been evaluated in clinical settings for its impact on marksmanship accuracy and cognitive endurance in military and law enforcement populations following mental fatigue protocols.
