Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Calendula cream by Lehning Laboratory is a topical homeopathic preparation derived from the mother tincture of *Calendula officinalis* (pot marigold). It is primarily indicated for the treatment of minor skin irritations, superficial wounds, abrasions, cracks, and insect bites. The active components of Calendula, including triterpenoids, flavonoids, and carotenoids, provide anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and cicatrizing (wound-healing) properties. The cream base is designed to soothe localized inflammation and promote the regeneration of damaged skin tissue. As a homeopathic product, it is widely used in France and other European markets for its natural soothing effects on the skin.
