Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Calmagrip Forte is an oral combination medication developed and marketed by Pharmex Group for the symptomatic relief of common cold and influenza symptoms. It contains three active ingredients: paracetamol (650 mg), which acts as an analgesic and antipyretic; caffeine (25 mg), which serves as a central nervous system stimulant and adjuvant to enhance paracetamol's effects; and chlorphenamine maleate (4 mg), an H1 antihistamine that alleviates allergic symptoms such as sneezing, tearing, and nasal congestion. The product is approved in Spain for treating fever, mild to moderate pain, and catarrhal processes associated with the common cold and flu.
