Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Calmvalera Hevert is a homeopathic, small-molecule combination medicinal product developed by Hevert-Arzneimittel GmbH & Co. KG. It is formulated as oral drops and tablets containing a mixture of nine active homeopathic ingredients: Cimicifuga racemosa, Cocculus, Cypripedium pubescens, Ignatia, Lilium tigrinum, Passiflora incarnata, Platinum metallicum, Valeriana, and Zincum valerianicum. The product is indicated for the treatment of nervous restlessness, sleep disorders, depressive moods, and anxiety, including exam- or test-related anxiety. Clinical evaluation, including a Phase 4 study utilizing quantitative EEG and eye-tracking ('EnkephaloVision'), demonstrated that Calmvalera Hevert increases spectral alpha power, which is associated with calmness and relaxation, without causing sedation or dependency.
