Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Calora Lotion is a topical skin-soothing formulation developed by Med Manor Organics. It is a combination product containing calamine, allantoin, aloe vera, and tocopherol (vitamin E). Calora Lotion is primarily indicated for the treatment and relief of various pediatric and adult skin conditions, including itching, rashes, minor skin irritations, insect bites, sunburn, eczema, and dermatitis. Calamine acts as an astringent and antipruritic agent that cools and calms irritated skin. Allantoin promotes cell proliferation, tissue regeneration, and wound healing while moisturizing dry, rough, and scaly skin. Aloe vera provides anti-inflammatory, hydrating, and soothing benefits, and tocopherol serves as an antioxidant that protects cell membranes from oxidative damage and maintains skin barrier function.
