Overview

CAM360 AmnioGraft is a hydrated, cryopreserved amniotic membrane allograft developed by BioTissue for the treatment of ocular surface diseases. Utilizing proprietary SteriTrek and CryoTek preservation technologies, the product is shelf-stable at room temperature and retains the bioactive HC-HA/PTX3 complex responsible for its therapeutic properties. It exerts anti-inflammatory, anti-scarring, and anti-angiogenic effects to support tissue repair and ocular surface regeneration. The membrane is ringless and designed to adhere to the ocular surface under a bandage contact lens, making it suitable for treating conditions such as mild to moderate dry eye disease, superficial punctate keratitis, and neurotrophic keratitis.
