Overview

CAMEL peptide is an agent designed to induce cell death in B16-F10 melanoma cells. It is utilized as a key component in a tumor cell-based vaccine strategy, which, when combined with interleukin-12 gene therapy, aims to polarize the tumor microenvironment from a proangiogenic/immunosuppressive state to an antiangiogenic/immunostimulatory one, thereby inhibiting tumor growth.
