Camrelizumab, developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine, works by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to restore T-cell antitumor activity, while the TKIs inhibit vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR) to suppress tumor angiogenesis and potentially modulate the tumor microenvironment to enhance immunotherapy efficacy.
