These agents interfere with DNA synthesis and cell division, directly killing rapidly dividing cancer cells. This combination is being investigated in trials for the treatment of advanced cancers, such as hepatocellular carcinoma and gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas. The mFOLFOX7 protocol is administered intravenously in cycles, while camrelizumab is also given intravenously, and apatinib is taken orally.
